what are some healthy ways of gaing weight? im perfectly healthy its just that i dont like being so thin. is there anything i can do (besides stuffing my face, which i already do all day long!) to gain weight in a healthy way?Gaining weight?

Eat foods high in protien, work out and that will gain you some muscles. Eating more high protien foods will not only give you the nutrients you need to bulk up, but you can gain a healthy amount of fat to build bone density.
