Get flat/flater abs by june 1st?

Will crunches everyday really make a difference. Any other exercises??Get flat/flater abs by june 1st?
Lucky! I would think that the crunches couldn't hurt.. it'll take more than just crunches to get a flat stomach. You also need to do cardio to get rid of any fat.
As a matter of fact, they will. My personal favorite stomach exercise is bicycle crunches. They allow you to work your stomach much harder than normal crunches and don't break your neck like sit-ups. Running will also help. Just work it into your daily routine and hopefully you will get some results.
i was captain of my varsity cheerleading squad for 3 years in highschool. this meant, i ran all warmups, conditioning and whatnot. my senior year we had a competition where our stomaches would be exposed. every day we did crunches. 15 regular, 15 to the left, 15 to the right, 15 with your legs in the air, 15 with your toes pointed allllll the way out, and 15 butterfly crunches (feet touching eachother flat). it seems like a lot but most of us had abs within the month. i can't tell you we weren't in pain though, especially for those who didn't normally work that area. if you do each kind, you are working a different spot in your abs, so it's a total ab work out.

Well, running really fast, and I mean really fast helps work your lower abs which are really hard to work. You could also try Pilates. If you can't take a class, go to the store and get an instructional video on it.
