i have a question about using a tampon for the first time.i have looked at the paper inside the box that tells u how to do it but i still don't know how to...???First time user?
All you have to do is insert it. Don't worry, you are not going to put it in the wrong place, and they can't get lost. It may take a few times before you get it right (you have to push it in farther than you think), but you will eventually get it. If it would help you to see where it is going to go, get a mirror out and examine your genitalia.

I would say ask a mom or a sister or an aunt or even a older friend.Any female that knows what shes talking about.Don't be nervous either.I mean your asking complete strangers.So don't be embbaressed to ask for help on what to do.Remember they have been in the same position you have, they too had to ask someone, and they only expect you to ask them as well!
First of all, relax. I would take a tampon and lightly run it from the front (where your pee comes out of) towards the back. somewhere in between you will realize there is a hole. This is where the tampon goes. As long as you relax, it should go right in. If its a non applicator tampon, you should just slide it in. If you have a tampon with an applicator, slide a little less than the top half of the applicator in the hole, and then slide the bottom portion of the applicator towards the top, this will insert the tampon into you. Remove the applicator and discard.
