What are the side effects of "Fiber-Sure" by Metamucil? I tried looking it up but didn't find anything I was looking for. Please help!Fiber-Sure?
No side effects, its just fiber. If you have too much, diarreah.
It's soluble fiber. Try a mix of insoluble (dates, cereals, grains) fiber along with soluble.
