Eh what is wrong with me?

lately i have been very sad my stomach always hurt, im naseous and vomiting..what could be wrong with me? could it be like stress or something worse...? im worried. this has been going on for like a week.
i have a doctors appointment for monday but i would like to know what to expect ahead of time..Eh what is wrong with me?
