Does woman out there have any suggestions on what to do about what to do about nausea during their periods?

I work as a substitute teacher mainly because I have to take off once a month for a few days do to nausea and dizzyness because I am about to start. I have tried finnigen for nausea and tums and other stuff but what really works puts me to sleep and I am can't work either way. HelpDoes woman out there have any suggestions on what to do about what to do about nausea during their periods?
I feel for you, I had severe "all day" sickness while pg with both my children, with my daughter it was hyperemesis gravadarum, which is the most severe all day sickness that requires medical attention. I realize you aren't pregnant, but I wanted to share that with you. ;)
That being said...
This sounds funny, but try it -- cut up some lemon and stick the small pieces in a baggie. When you feel nauseous, sniff the lemon. It may work. :)
The saltine route could help.
I know you can't chew gum while on the job... but when not working, try it, it sometimes alleviates the nausea.
Good luck.
I always take Midol because it's made just for your period it works really well and takes about 10-15 minutes to work it will work very well i promise you my doctor said so
I have found that taking an anti-spasmodic tablet clears away my cramps and therefor my nausea.
Otherwise ask your chemist for a natural remedy.
