Calf raises: Stand on a step with your heels hanging off. Raise yourself up on to your tip toes, then lower back down. Repeat.
running is always the best but if you dont want to leave hot home, try this trick you stand straight and just raise your heels off the ground leaveing the first second half of your foot on the ground
