During sex I have a lubrication problem? Any cures besides KY Jellies?
The alternative is estrogen or better progesterone. But not a good idea because either could increase breast cancer risk. There are a couple other lubricants, but they are just as much bother and as messy. Just enjoy.
Mostly this problem comes from lack of foreplay. If you are truly aroused you will naturally lubricate

KY Jelly, and there's something like Analube that's even slipperier.
Saliva, too, but the jellies seem to allow tissues to stretch more besides just being wet.
If the mess bothers you, if you were normally lubricating, by the time you're done you've left a wet spot in the bed that nobody wants to sleep in anyway. :)
