Do any of you know how to get rid of a yeast infection with home remedies. And how often should one be tested for stdsFor the Lady's only please?
Yeast infection: just get something over the counter from the drugstore. If it embarrasses you (and trust me, no one is judging you, not even the store clerk), then go to a store the next town over.
STD tests should be based on how many sexual partners you have. If you have many, then every few months (6 at most). If you only have one, then one test ever should be fine--unless he cheats on you, of course.
hmm sounds like u think u have an std that means u should get checked really soon.yeast infections need to be cured with the proper medication or yeast creme...some people have taken tampon tubes filled with white yogurt with cultures and shoot that up there..i highly doubt it will kill the raging yeast u need something stronger than that...
Monastat one day treatment will do it for you with a yeast infection. And you should get tested for std's every 6 months if you are sexually active.
Let me say, if you are sure its a yeast infection, it may not be an STD. yeast infections can also be caused from other things developed from within the body. Don't be afraid to go to the Pharmacy and ask as they will be able to give you the best advice.
You should regularly be tested for STD's , particularly if you are not practicing safe sex.
You need to be tested for stds whenever there is a possible risk of them. Some don't have any symptoms, but can still make you infertile.
As for getting rid of a yeast infection with home remedies, I don't know of anything. But over the counter medications work well, and if you go to the doc you can get a perscription.
Anyways, if you have any worry at all, go get tested.
